Academic mobility in the Czech Republic

From March 21 to March 31, 2023, as part of the implementation of the academic mobility program of the teaching staff of Asfendiyarov KazNMU ended the visit of teachers Aimbetova Gulshara Ergazyevna, associate professor, professor of the Department of “Public Health” and Bagiyarova Fatima Arystanovna, head of the department “Communication Skills” to the AS institute of international education (AS Institute of International Education) Prague, Czech Republic. The teachers held a series of seminars, trainings as a part of an international team, where the leaders of practical healthcare of the Czech Republic, teachers at Charles University/Prague and the University of. Masaryk/Brno, included in the TOP 500 best universities in the world.

Seminars and trainings were held for doctoral students, undergraduates undergoing scientific training in the Czech Republic from different countries.

The program was devoted to modern technologies and innovations in public health, international standards for the organization of PHC, interaction with insurance companies at the level of PHC, interaction between the private and public sectors in the provision of medical services, and the experience of the Czech Republic. Innovative approaches to financial management in the healthcare system. Modern approaches to quality management of medical services. Innovative management in health care. During the seminar, the issue of introducing and developing algorithms for HPV vaccination among adolescents, which is planned to be launched in the Republic of Kazakhstan from 2024, was considered. Associate Professor Aimbetova G.E. shared experience with colleagues and held a series of meetings in the form of discussions, teamwork among colleagues from the Czech Republic, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan on the topics: organization of PHC in the Republic of Kazakhstan, innovations in the organization of healthcare, their role and main directions at the present stage of development of medicine. The head of the Department of Communication Skills, Bagiyarova F. A., conducted a series of trainings on communication skills for healthcare professionals on resolving conflict situations in a medical environment, teaching persuasion skills and creating partnerships between healthcare professionals and the population on the example of prevention and vaccination issues.

At the end of the seminar, participants were awarded certificates.
