ERASMUS+ PROJECT

The S. D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University of became the participant of the Erasmus+ project to «Modernizing Health Education in Universities/ModeHEd». The project has provided modernization of the existing training programs on seven disciplines which are directly connected with public health care with use of the best practices of universities of the European Union. For implementation of the project the consortium of universities of Germany, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Uzbekistan and Kazakhstan is created. Within the project training by partner universities of the EU will be carried out; adaptation and restructuring of training courses concerning public health care; improvement of educational and methodical complexes of disciplines; development of multimedia approach to training; equipment by the educational equipment, etc. Duration of the project makes 3 years. On March 28-31 members of design group headed by the director of the department of educational and methodical work M. A. Abirova have taken part in the first coordination meeting to Tashkent on the basis of the Tashkent medical academy where many organizational issues and plans of cooperation have been discussed. In implementation of the project it is planned to involve all interested persons.
