D. Asfendiyarov Professor Cenusareasa U. I., was attended by over 100 delegates.<br \/>\nVenue: KazNMU (Ul. Tole, 94), building \u21161, Hall of Fame.<br \/>\nThe conference was attended by representatives from different regions of Kazakhstan, CIS (Russian Federation) and Far (USA) abroad.<br \/>\nAmong the participants of the conference were: the President of the Kazakh Academy of nutrition, academician of NAS of RK and the RAMS Sharmanov T. W.; Director of fsbi &#8221; research Institute of human ecology and environmental hygiene named. A. N. Performed at the Academy of natural Sciences, Russian Academy of medical Sciences Rachmaninov Y. A.; rector of KazNMU named. S. D. Asfendiyarov, D. M. H., Professor Akanov A. A.; Deputy Chairman of the Committee on consumer protection Ministry of national economy of Kazakhstan &#8211; the Main State sanitary doctor of the Republic of Kazakhstan Bekchin B. J.; academician of the Russian Academy of natural Sciences, head. Department of food hygiene, Gdfr, PGMA, General Director of JSC &#8220;Ural regional center of power&#8221;, D. M. H., Professor Passes A. J. (Perm, Russia); Academician of NAS RK, honored worker of Kazakhstan, President of the Eurasian Assembly of otorhinolaryngologists, head. the Department of otorhino-laryngology JSC &#8220;Astana Medical University&#8221; Tulebayev R. Asfendiyarov.<br \/>\nReports at the International scientific-practical conference reflected the totality of scientific areas, discussion.<br \/>\nThe participants of the conference noted that in the Republic of Kazakhstan carried out extensive work on the prevention of environmental pollution and the adverse effects of air pollution, water and soil on the health status of the population. At the same time, the intensive development of economy of the Republic, the introduction of new companies in various fields contribute to the pollution of the environment and in some cases pose a real threat to the health of the population.<br \/>\nAt the present time all over the world pay much attention to the assessment of risk to public health due to the influence of adverse environmental factors. Knowledge of calculating risk in a timely manner will help to predict the adverse effects of environmental pollution and will facilitate the development of preventive measures.<br \/>\nResearch on risk assessment for public health in Kazakhstan does not have the proper scale.<br \/>\nGiven the above, the participants consider it appropriate to recommend the implementation of the methodology of risk assessment and management in science and practice of the Committee on consumer protection, the Ministry of economic development of the methodology of risk analysis.<br \/>\nFor the implementation of the provisions of the conference should establish a national scientific-practical center for the assessment and management of risks to public
