Asfendiyarov KazNMU actively engages students in educational, sporting, and socio-cultural events, forming the foundation of a healthy nation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Mass Sports and Student Athletics<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">One of the year&#8217;s key events was the inter-university sports and entertainment games titled <strong>&#8220;Movement is Life, Health, and Active Longevity!&#8221;<\/strong>. This traditional event brings together students from Almaty&#8217;s largest universities, fostering inter-university ties and promoting an active lifestyle.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>KazNMU Sports Club<\/strong> operates within the Center, coordinating extracurricular training and competitions. Key performance indicators of the club include:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Participation:<\/strong> More than 500 students systematically engage in sports activities.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Versatility:<\/strong> Training sections are available in <strong>18 different sports<\/strong>. University teams regularly compete in city and national tournaments, as well as winter and summer Universiades.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Student Leagues:<\/strong> National Student League teams in football, volleyball, and basketball demonstrate consistent success.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Inclusivity:<\/strong> Special attention is given to freshmen and students living in dormitories. Dedicated tournaments and sports festivals are organized to facilitate their social adaptation.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Significant Events and Achievements<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Center&#8217;s activities extend far beyond the gym. In honor of Medical Workers&#8217; Day, university leadership and students successfully summited <strong>&#8220;Medic Peak&#8221; (3480 meters)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The <strong>90th anniversary of the Department of Physical Education<\/strong> marked a major historical milestone. As part of the jubilee:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li>A ceremonial meeting was held between Almaty university staff, sports veterans, and honored former employees of the department.<\/li>\n<li>Commemorative medals and valuable gifts were presented to honored guests and labor veterans.<\/li>\n<li>An exclusive meeting was organized with the legendary mountaineer <strong>Maxut Zhumaev<\/strong> \u2014 the 27th person in the world to conquer all 14 &#8220;eight-thousanders&#8221; without supplemental oxygen. The captain of the Kazakhstan national team shared his unique expertise on risk assessment and high-altitude safety with the students.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Social Responsibility and Education<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Center for Physical Health fulfills an important social and humanitarian mission:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><strong>Presidential Tests:<\/strong> Annual competitions are held for students and faculty (FTS) to meet Presidential Physical Fitness standards.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Healthy Lifestyle and Prevention:<\/strong> Regular campaigns are conducted for tuberculosis awareness, personal hygiene, and health responsibility.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Civic Engagement:<\/strong> University representatives are regular participants in the &#8220;Almaty Marathon,&#8221; tourism rallies, and charitable initiatives supporting orphanages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Educational Work:<\/strong> Outreach events are held to prevent extremism, terrorism, and corruption, aimed at strengthening interethnic harmony.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The Center for Physical Health continues to create the necessary conditions for the harmonious development of future medical professionals, ensuring that professional competence is inextricably linked with physical strength and
