She has trained at leading European institutions such as Charit\u00e9 \u2013 Universit\u00e4tsmedizin Berlin, Radboud UMC (Netherlands), and NICE (UK), and actively participates in international research projects and conferences. She has significant experience working in key healthcare organizations in Kazakhstan, including the National Center for Healthy Lifestyle Promotion and the National Scientific Center for Health Development of the Ministry of Health. She is a member of the international organization Health Technology Assessment International and a permanent member of the dissertation council of KazNMU. Her scientific activities include more than 30 publications, the development of original models and patents, as well as participation in major international educational and research programs.<\/p>\n

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board \u2014 Rector of S.D. Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

– an outstanding Kazakh scientist and manager in the field of public health, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, and recognized founder of the Kazakh School of Public Health. After graduating from the Karaganda Medical Institute in 1972, he rose through the ranks from Deputy Minister of Health to Rector of the Higher School of Public Health and first Director General of the Republican Center for Health Development of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2015, he has been the chairman of the board of the Republican Medical Chamber and the chairman of the dissertation council of KazNMU in the specialty \u201cPublic Health.\u201d He has extensive international experience, including membership in the executive bodies of WHO, UNAIDS, the Global Fund, and other prestigious organizations. For more than 30 years, he has been an active participant in WHO meetings, has trained over 100 doctors and candidates of medical sciences, and is the author of more than 200 scientific publications.<\/p>\n

He has been awarded the high government award \u2013 the Order of Parasat (2023) and is a laureate of the Toregeldy Sharmanov International Prize (2025).<\/p>\n

Author of more than 30 scientific publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals, as well as a monograph recommended by the RCRZ MES RK. She holds certificates of entry in the State Register of Rights to Copyrighted Objects, including the project \u201cIntegrated Training Based on an Interdisciplinary Approach\u201d and the SmartMedNurse computer program. She regularly participates in Kazakhstani and international conferences on public health issues.<\/p>\n

She is an expert at the National Testing Center of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the development and evaluation of entrance test assignments for master’s programs in \u201cHealthcare Management\u201d and \u201cNursing.\u201d She participated in the international project ERASMUS+ LMQS (Licence, Master professionnels en formation ouverte et \u00e0 distance pour le management strat\u00e9gique de la qualit\u00e9 et la gestion des
