She completed training at leading European institutes such as Charit\u00e9 \u2013 Universit\u00e4tsmedizin Berlin, Radboud UMC (Netherlands), and NICE (UK), and actively participates in international scientific projects and conferences. She has significant work experience in key healthcare organizations in Kazakhstan, including the National Center for Healthy Lifestyle Formation and the National Scientific Center for Health Development of the Ministry of Health. She is a member of the international organization Health Technology Assessment International and a permanent member of the KazNMU Dissertation Council. Her scientific activities include more than 30 publications, the development of original models and patents, and participation in major international educational and research programs.<\/p>\n

Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, Advisor to the Chairman of the Board \u2014 Rector of NJSC “Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University”<\/strong><\/p>\n

– An outstanding Kazakh scientist and administrator in the field of public health, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor, and recognized founder of the Kazakhstan School of Public Health. After graduating from the Karaganda Medical Institute in 1972, he progressed from Deputy Minister of Health to Rector of the Higher School of Public Health and the first Director General of the Republican Center for Health Development of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Since 2015, he has served as the Chairman of the Board of the “Republican Medical Chamber” NGO and Chairman of the KazNMU Dissertation Council for the specialty “Public Health.” He possesses extensive international experience, including membership in the executive bodies of the WHO, UNAIDS, the Global Fund, and other prestigious organizations. For over 30 years, he has actively participated in WHO meetings, supervised over 100 doctoral and candidate theses in medical sciences, and authored more than 200 scientific publications.<\/p>\n
