\"\"<\/a>Kamaliyev M. A. graduated with honors from medical faculty of the Semipalatinsk state medical institute in 1982. After the termination of institute it was left the assistant to department of social hygiene and the organization of health care. From 1985 to 1989 studied in a postgraduate study of the All-Russian Research Institute of social hygiene, economy and management of health care of N. A. Semashko and the All-Russian Research Institute of medical and medico-technical information. In 1989 defended the master’s thesis “Organizational aspects of integrated prevention of the main chronic infectious diseases among inhabitants of territorial therapeutic sites”. On return from Moscow consistently held positions of the assistant, senior teacher, head of the department of social hygiene and the organization of health care of SGMI. In 1993 headed department of social hygiene and the organization of health care of KAZNMU of S. D. Asfendiyarov, it is at the same time appointed the chief non-staff specialist of the Ministry of Health of KAZSSR on social hygiene and the organization of health care. In 1994 defended the doctoral dissertation “Social reference points of reform of health care of Kazakhstan”. In 1996 the academic status of professor of medicine is given. Since 2003 has qualification of the doctor of the social hygienist and organizer of health care of the highest category.<\/p>\n

He is the highly qualified specialist in the field of a public health and health care. Participated in creation of many legislative, directive and regulating documents. Author tipovykhuchebnykh program for many disciplines.<\/p>\n

  1. A. Kamaliyev is deservedly considered the founder of medical sociology in the Republic of Kazakhstan. Under its scientific management 13 master’s theses are defended (Musagaliyev T. K., Rakhishev E. K., Ayazbayeva A. G., Pruglo G. Yu., Hismetova Z. A., Shakhiyeva A. M., Antonova L. P., Mustapayeva R. T., Aytmanbetova A. A., Buzdayeva S. S., Shchukanov B. A., Abenova A. T., Kozhekenova Zh. A.), thesis of PhD (Auyezova A. M.) and the thesis of the master of the international public health care in Berlinskomuniversiteta (Deryabina A. P.), continues to prepare research and educational personnel. The member of dissertation council in case of KAZNMU of S. D. Asfendiyarov.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Published more than 400 scientific, methodical both studies in a domestic and foreign press. Won scientific grants of the European Community, British Council, the Development program of the UN, Soros Kazakhstan Fund, Ministry of Health of RK, the Ministry of science and the RK new technologies, etc. In many scientific and educational projects performed functions of the coordinator from Kazakhstan. Repeatedly represented KAZNMU abroad. Made reports at foreign, international and republican conferences. The invited professor of the Lithuanian university of sciences of health.<\/p>\n

    Gives practical and methodical help to bodies, the organizations and specialists of health care. The member of board of Management of health care of Almaty since 2016.<\/p>\n

    From 1995 to 2000 combined scientific and pedagogical activities of sobshchestvenny, being the dean of faculty of foreign students. Since 2010 the director of educational department of basic medical disciplines, since 2011 \u2013 the director of educational department of public health care. Since 2016 \u2013 the vice rector for the academic activities.<\/p>\n

    For special merits in public health care of the Republic of Kazakhstan it is awarded by the breastplate “azastan Respublikasa densaula \u049b to a sata \u0456\u0441\u0456\u043d \u0456 \u04a3 to the zd_gena”, Gratitude of the Minister of health and social development of RK, the gold, silver, bronze medals “For a Contribution to Development of Medical Education of the Republic of Kazakhstan”, 6 Certificates of honor of KAZNMU, the Certificate of honor of the Almaty union of labor unions.<\/p>\n
