Apple fest.<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 \u00abApple Fest\u00bb a celebratory event was held in Almaty on
\n21.09.2014 in the park of the First President of Kazakhstan, which was
\ndevoted to traditional holiday “Almaty city day” with participation
\nof NCHN “National Center of healthy nutrition” and students of the
\nFaculty of General Medicine and Dentistry and the Department of
\nNutrition of KazNMU named after S.Zh. Asfendiyarov. This event was
\nattended by guests and residents of the city. In accordance with the
\nPresident’s message, advocacy activities must be carried out among the
\npopulation. Thus taking into account this message the National Center
\nof Healthy Nutrition held free consultations about healthy nutrition
\nand healthy food.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 However, under the leadership of the National Center of healthy nutrition students of our university as future doctors actively improved their communication skills and knowledge.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Those who wished to get advice on nutrition, children, youth, parents, young women of reproductive age were given free leaflets, brochures and other communication materials.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Active students and student’s government of KazNMU conducted a competition about useful foodstuff among school students and at the same time talking about their positive properties. Besides, a variety of educational games designed to enhance the role of a healthy diet were held.<\/p>\n

\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Guests who wished to receive nutritional advice got acquainted with the\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 information on the method of calculation of body mass index and decrease overweight and received the necessary information on the preservation and promotion of health.\u00a0 No doubtly, all this has left a lasting impression of their memory.\u00a0 In taking a\u00a0 high\u00a0 responsibilty\u00a0 for the event\u00a0 a letter of gratitude\u00a0 was received\u00a0 to the Kozhakhmetova .A.N\u00a0 who is a head of\u00a0 National Center of healthy nutrition in Almaty\u00a0 and\u00a0 a senior lecturer in the department of Nutrition.<\/p>\n
