activities.<\/p>\n<p>Within the framework of the meeting, the following were presented:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Presentation of the goals and mission of the AHL Hub, including:<\/li>\n<li>formation of a community of scientific leaders;<\/li>\n<li>development of project-based and strategic thinking;<\/li>\n<li>strengthening interdisciplinary collaboration;<\/li>\n<li>promotion of innovative research in healthcare.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Introductory lecture-webinar on the topic:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cSustainable development of a scientific ecosystem in healthcare\u201d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lecturers:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wagner Aleksandr Viktorovich, PhD in Technical Sciences, Department Consultant<\/li>\n<li>Kumar Ainur Bakdauletovna, PhD, Professor of the Department<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Participants discussed key directions for the strategic development of the scientific environment, opportunities for integrating innovative technologies into research practice, and ways to strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration within the healthcare system.<\/p>\n<p>The Asfendiyarov Health Leaders Hub serves as a space for strategic dialogue, leadership, and
