Dr. Don Eliseo Lucero Prisno III, professor at the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, editor-in-chief of the journal Public Health Challenges (Wiley), author of 203 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals with an H-index of 35. Collaborates in partnership with MD, professor of the department Public Health Toguzbaeva K.K. within the framework of joint scientific activities.
