International cooperation and attraction of visiting professors at the Department of “General Hygiene and Ecology”

In 2010, agreements were concluded on cooperation between the Asfendiyarov Kazakh National Medical University of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan and 2 international universities: American University (Washington, USA) and Perm State Medical University named after acad. E.A. Wagner (Perm, Russian Federation).

Therefore, several times within the framework of the program at the invitation of foreign specialists, the department invited international visiting professors from the USA and the Russian Federation:

1. Michael S. Brodie is a professor at AmericanUniversity, Washington. USA. Doctor PhD in the field of ecology. Master classes were taught by bachelors: GM 051301- 3 course, undergraduates: MPW 6M110500 -1 course, MPW 6M110500 -2 course, doctoral students: PH 6D 110200-3 course, and faculty staff.

2. PerevalovA.Ya. – Head of the Department of Food Hygiene and the Hygiene of Children and Adolescents at the Perm State Medical University named after academician E.A. Wagner, Perm. Russian Federation. He is Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor and Academician of the Russian Academy of Natural Sciences. Master classes were taught by bachelors: GM 051301- 3 course, undergraduates: MPW 6M110500 -1 course, MPW6M110500 -2 course, doctoral students: PH 6D 110200-3 course, and faculty staff. The effectiveness of the teaching programs of a foreign specialist was a joint published tutorial on the topic: “Assessment of the state and physical development of children and methods of identification.” Authors: PerevalovA.Ya., Anambayeva A.I. Wagner of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation under the program” Academic Mobility”, associate professor Anambayeva AI. was repeatedly invited in the Perm State Medical University named after acad. E.A. Wagner to the department of Food Hygiene and HCh&A of PSMU, where she conducted frontal and cyclic practical classes in the discipline “General Hygiene”, “Hygiene of Children and Adolescents” to students of the 3rd, 4th year of pediatric faculty.
