The department is actively engaged in research initiatives at various levels. Within the internal KazNMU grant, the project “The Interrelation between Students’ Academic Performance, Psychological Well-Being, and Self-Esteem” is being implemented. Faculty members also contribute to MSHE RK–funded projects: “Research of a Certain Class of Integral Operators and Their Applications” and “Scientific Justification for Improving HIV Prevention Among Users of New Psychoactive Substances.” Additionally, the department participates in the inter-university project with Al-Farabi KazNU “Reducing Socio-Economic Inequality in Kazakhstan’s Regions…”. These initiatives strengthen the department’s scientific capacity and promote interdisciplinary research.
